Use for participatory (total physical response) read aloud and teach vocab -blows (kids can practice blowing pom poms with straws - maybe just the "special helper" so it doesn't get too crazy and everyone else can just blow their on their hands or fog up the little handheld mirrors we have ) -fall (drop leaves) -scatter - "special helper" or random helper can blow on beads (pretend seeds) to show what scattering looks like -sail -fly (kids are very familiar with kites - very common toy here) -roll (special helper can roll tp roll, or roll with their body) -bend (if i had pipe cleaners they could bend those, but kids can bend their fingers, arms, neck, at the waist etc.) - ripple (drop a bead in a glass of water to show this) -spin (kids can spin) -float (drop a wooden bead in a glass of water to show floating) -wave (kids can wave).
